To lose a lot of weight easily, you don't need to do one more difficult fad diet or take one more expensive and dangerous diet pill! Why is it such a big problem?
Well, unless you are on a popular T.V. show (such as The Biggest Loser), or you are in military boot camp, you don't have anyone but yourself pushing you to keep moving forward... especially when tough situations arise (craving temptations, strong hunger pangs, feeling lazy, etc.).
So, to lose a lot of weight easily and quickly, how do you gain motivation?
The one thing I did that made a HUGE difference was that I simply gave into my weaknesses! I know that sounded strange and counterproductive, but let me explain:
Okay, one of my weaknesses was that I couldn't drink enough water daily because I got annoyed with having to keep getting a cup of water very frequently until I reached my recommended 1 gallon of water a day goal. So, what I did was I gave into my weakness and simply started keeping a gallon jug of water with me!
Another problem I dealt with was getting the motivation to go to the gym. So, since I love playing basketball so much, I made sure I joined a gym that had a basketball court! Problem solved!
So, as you can see, it's not always about FORCING yourself to eat veggies, get a lot of sleep, exercise, drink water, etc., sometimes you just have to be creative and give into your weaknesses somehow so that you can achieve your goals without fail.

Many people know how much exercise is an integral part of their weight and health plans, but still this question of your busy life.

I thought, I love my gym. It's my time alone with me and not know what else needs the computer or hides the gym. It took an hour for my account and is a good way to start my day.
I was wondering if this is probably what prevents many people from exercising. "The problem is that many people? Do not like your job, so you do not want to go?" So it really is not training today, but also the environment in these
Now maybe you see the situation is quite the opposite. Not working at home and would rather go out and be motivated by other people in good health. Whatever the case, choose something you like! Do I have to practice a style of life on a consistent basis to take if they do not appreciate. Who wants to do something that looks like torture? I do not. I love my exercise for the morning and felt like torture, I did not.
Question is: What has to do to make your training time satisfactory? Or (God forbid) look like the real thing? Join an adult sports league? Start exercising your own group?Join a new gym? Creating a home gym? Find a training partner? The possibilities are endless.
Try different options and determine what activities you like best and I assure you, exercise has become an obstacle.
